We outline our Service Level Agreements (SLA) clearly when establishing new relationships and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) gathered from the operational data are regularly weighed against the SLAs to demonstrate the performance of the Click Aviation Network.

We perform audits on the input received from our quality control measures to ensure that the appropriate quality standards and operational definitions are utilized. Furthermore, we regularly run quality audits and process analysis in order to update and improve our quality plans.

We establish, implement and review our quality objectives on a regular basis; all of which are strictly implemented internally and actively promoted throughout our Network.
